The development is at the epicenter of a larger master plan for the Iskandar district in southern Johor. FDCV Group got the commission to design its sales gallery, which contains a reception area, mock up units and staff office. What is catching the first glimpse in the eyes upon the arrival at the information counter – skillfully designed layers of curve lines dominate the ceiling. The inspiring discussion area, meeting section, and exhibition hall – meticulously embraced with tropical timber platform and artificial grass. The hybrid of contemporary geometry with natural materials enhance the interior space to the designated intention and working its functionality still, yet keeping a well balance feel.
Overall, the design presents a continuation of Tampoi Heights’ efforts to focus on the potential of architecture to contribute positively to the experience of the city.
