Tadau Energy Workplace

As we begin the emerge from the Covid-19 pandemic, there has been much speculation and debate about whether we will return to our old habits of working in the office 5 days a week, or if working from home creates equal or greater productivity. We want to create a workplace that focus on a balance between in-home and in-office working, that summates into a new, hybrid model – Tadau Energy workplace....

Located at Damansara Heights, the project is 8,000sqft over three floors, with a basement floor dedicated for their special control room. Ground floor is occupied with public spaces, consists of reception, conference room, kitchen, staff dining place and an entertainment/ waiting lounge. First floor is mainly housed offices and director rooms.

The workspaces are crafted to be the most complete environment for today’s workforce. Open office concept is adopted here that allow workers to work individually while simultaneously encouraged to interact with each other. The interior deliver a comfortable and “homey” experiences, enduring workers feel that coming to work is a true pleasure.
