A multi-brand footwear store Running Lab is located in a modern retail mall, Pavilion KL. Passionate about running, Running Lab aim to capture the energy and sense of adventure of a runner. As a distinctive look of Running Lab stores, the visitors are welcomed by a slanted entrance. The forward slanting shapes are visually synchronised throughout each space, creating a sense of movement....

As a visitor to the stores, you also will be greeted by inspirational running footage projected onto a 2-metre tall glass frame, which houses the essential treadmill, a must-have for Running Lab’s signature Gait Analysis. The two main shoe display spaces are positioned at both flanks of the shop, these units are decorated in reflective metal panels and provide an eye-catching division together with the product brands.

Overall concept stands out in the details. Concrete, metal, wall panelling, glass, tiles, wallpaper - the wide spectrum of materials used in this project helps create a sense of dynamics.
